You're forgiven then !!!

I thought mine would be a litle runaround until my foot accidentally pressed the accelerator to the floor and I found the wolf in the wolf's clothing !!

BTW I average just over 30mpg....long trip at sensible speeds can raise it to 35, "enthusiastic driving will reduce it somewhat.

You soon forget it though, think of it as feeding a baby !!

As Noony says, I'm getting a better mpg because of the road conditions here. Details are on the website link, but I'm averaging around 29 - 30mpg. The initial 1000 miles I did in the car (from new) averaged just 26mpg including run-in mileage.

Our car does about 60 miles per day motorway and then in traffic. We average about 26 - 30 mpg with some vtec usage!! (when the boss isn't looking or falls asleep - Edd) However I am sure the dry weather and increasing confidence is going to shatter these figures!!

Who cares its a VTEC!!!

Maybe we should do a group buy of shares in Shell!!??

Edd

LOL. Nope, just didn't go over 5000rpm, smooth gear changes, relaxed driving, mostly motorways, not much traffic etc.
