Rockstar, I hope this doesn't taint your opinions of us on this side of the pond. MPS is in a very small minority of people who think that because you are thousands of miles away you won't chase him down. I really hope you can sort this out quickly.
Rockstar; I hope you get this sorted to your satisfaction. Unfortunately there is always the odd scum-bag that thinks they're smarter than the next guy. What goes around comes around hopefully. Please don't be put off from dealing with UK customers in the future; as RattyS2k says the majority of people in the UK are genuine and honest.

If you put this in the hands of the credit card company, and pursue it till you get your money back that was fraudulently gained via that company, with threats of suing them for your loss (as they took scumbags word against yours, and you now have evidence he stole the merchandise), you will get your cash from them, it's then down to you to insist they have him prosecuted, send an e-mail four or five times a day till they do something, it won't cost you anything but time. You need to do this as morally you can’t let him do this kind of thing to other traders and individuals. He has proved himself to be a theif.

Hope someone does (i'm not supposed to say that)

I know someone whose surname is Kray. And someone whose surname is Richardson. So you'd all better watch out cos that makes me tasty by association...or something.

OP - good luck with pursuing recovery of your money via the methods suggested. Every country has its losers who ironically think they're smarter than the rest.

Is this the same guy that didn't send out some hardtop brackets to someone a few weeks back?

After a fair bit of messaging back and forth following by the promise of a good sorting out There's clubs and phone lines for that kind of thing or perhaps something else was meant.

As much as it's Christmas, i'm struggling to find anything optimistic about his behaviour

rockstar, I am mad busy at the moment, but I am following the whole PM exchange, even if it looks like I have not read them, I can see them in my email - I will add the UK Mods in to the conversation, so they are aware too.

Thanks guys, MPs2000 has since pmed me with pictures of the parts. Only a few look to be off, but its really hard to tell...regardless , the body kit in question is less than half of the money owed. Even if I gave him a full refund for "bad fitting parts" he would still owe nearly $2000 us for parts that have no issue with fitment ...example aem ecu..

I have offered a full refund for those parts in exchange for pictures of the items destroyed as long as the mfg oks this.and will recognize these parts as defective...mentioned he wants to keep the parts . Just doesnt want to pay for them. I am awaiting his response e

Props to you rockstar for trying to be fair. Actually you're being way too nice. It seems to me that MPS2000 is just trying to stall. Don't wait for too long!
