Default My vandalised S....an update

An update on things since this thread.....

The story

The insurance engineer came out to see it this morning & has already authorised the work to be done by my local Honda dealer as i requested. He called the bodyshop manager & sorted it immediately on leaving me. Am going away next week for a driving holiday ( oh the irony of driving a scratched S on a driving holdiay!!) so it is booked in for Mon 20th. Hopefully it will be ship shape for the end of the month.

Have to say that the service from the insurers (Sainsburys...underwritten by First Alt) has been excellent. Very impressed.

Ed

PS anyone got a map for Optimax stations in Devon/Dorset/Hampshire areas?Shell site one no longer works.

You wont need an Optimax map, was in Devon/Cornwall 2 weeks ago for a long weekend - EVERY petrol station is a Shell and they pop up every couple of miles.

send me a PM with your e-mail address & if you have MS Autoroute Express 2005: I will send you an .AXE file (last updated April 05) with all BP & Shell stations that sell Ultimate or Optimax.

Alternatively I can just send a MS Excel file with them listed.

Cheers

Just read your first thread, what utter barstewards. These bodyshop guys are usually really good, you'll get it back as good as new and you'll soon forget it ever happened.

I'll watch out for that pub!

All the best.

Missed the first thread.

Sorry to read it.
