Go for one step colder plugs PFR7B I think, and reduce the gap as per the manual.

Dont bother with the clutch, no point doing it until it slips IMO, and it wont unless its pretty worn.

If you go with SC you can use the stock plug. I did not have any problems with my stock pulgs


I you go for a step colder adjust the gap to 0.025 inch

Quite a few have had probs with using the stock plugs, prob due to age. For me id rather replace them for what they cost, and make sure the car is running right from the start!
