Don't be decieved by the size - rotaries are much more compact by the nature of the design.

I think it looks like a very tidy install.

If the power delivery is like other Rotrexed Honda's then it will be very linear.

Blimey that's tiny, looks a little lost in there.

Would like to know how they get on getting 420 ponies out of 10psi, seems a little high to me.

Wonder how much fitting and tuning would be, guess around 2K ?

Boost is best however you get it.

Does'nt anyone else think it's a bad idea to put the aftercooler in front of the rad like that?

Yep, that was my thought too. Doesn't look particularly sensible for a car that is used on the track.

Dont really think its that much of an issue. The majority of turbo cars run an intercooler in front the rad to no ill effect. Have seen a few S with a V-Mount arrangement but could be costly to fabricate , or could just run a high flow rad.

Its not too dissimilar to the Comptech / Vortech cooler, its just a good bit bigger.

I don;t think its an issue. If you look at the front mount intercooler on an Evo, it actually covers the whole radiator. Air still gets through.

I'm still more worried about lag.

Not an issue on the CTR as they run a top mount cooler and the pipes are short.

Ok the blower is running all the time, but the time it takes pressure to rise from the compressor outlet to the cylinders will be enough to be noticable IMO.

That looks about normal for a supercharger. I have always thought the Comptech ones look massive.

I wouldn't think lag was an issue, remember this is still a high compression engine. I have driven 1.6 Vtec (B16) engines with big turbos (rated at 330hp) and they are completely lag free.

Not convinced Si.

Water cooled is better for that reason, as you can get it up close to the outlet / inlet of the TB, but has its drawbacks too.
