Recently used browns (hondacity) in the USA for a new TCT. Got it delivered to Aus not the UK as I was heading there on holiday, believe they'd have had no issues sending to the UK though.

There are forwarding companies specifically for this type of behaviour, you order the part to the company which is in the right country and they will forward the product to you and take a small fee for doing so.

I recently try to buy some parts. And the seller send me this answer. I live in France.
" Our American Honda dealer agreement prevents us from selling outside of the U.S. except for cars built for and sold by the U.S. market. I will refund your order "
