Noise from Windscreen side

Default Noise from Windscreen side
Hey guys, you know how to fix the noise which sound like Bvv Bvvv Bvvv coming from this ?

I removed plastic panel and the sound comes from the metal vibration, I don't know why

It's possible wheels bearing transmit their vibration to this or maybe the bonnet ?

The noise is fixed, I just remove all panels, unscrew the strickers and rescrew and the noise is gone
