Not using the car for a long time - brakes
When I haven't used the S for a good few days (or even a couple of days sometimes), release the handbrake, then try and pull off and it feels like the brakes are on, - there's a loud clunk noise and then all is back to normal.
I'm sure this is a common issue, I do remember reading something about not leaving the handbrake on if you're away for a couple of weeks, - what is this all about?

Plenty of discussion about this one even in the last few weeks.
Perfectly normal too, especially in wet/damp weather (or after you've given the car a wash). Handbrake off, leave in gear if not driving for a while - assuming you're not parked on a massive slope!
The pads get 'stuck' to the discs with rust. 'De-sticking' them generates the clunk when you (gently!) pull away.

Unlikely to seize fully unless you park your car near to the sea for long periods. A good tip (once the engine is warmed through) is to drive along and do a bit of left foot braking (will take some practice if you havent done it before) to 'wear off' the light surface rust on the discs.
