Agree with PL, roof down at any chance and like Simmo says a 2 mile trip to the supermarket usually turns into a 50 mile blast.
Also what buffering when on a motorway??? Put the windows up and all is calm, same with the cold, windows up heater on full and your cosy.

Sorry but I do topless even if it just to pop down the road, take the video back, pop to the shop, get petrol, go shopping, on the way to work, on the way home fro work, going for the chippy dinners, blah blah..... the life of a serial toplesser I'm afraid!! This country is crap and depressing enough without having to have a roof on when the weather is "reasonable"
Im with Pink. also whats the problem with having the top down on the motorway ? - unless its seriously cold, or you have somewhere you need to arrive with your hair looking "just so" I cant see aproblem with this personally.

otherwise it is down It only takes 5 seconds to put it down and the same to put it up, so even if it is a 2min journey to the shops its down
, to be fair though, its new and I am enjoying the attention

OK just got back in from a topless blast to Honda to adjust the drivers door.... anyway decided to top up with some lovely Optimax on the way back and as am pulling into the Shell station there is an MGF roof ON coming out......gesticulation something like pointing at roof and 
and I shout across "OH COME ON!!! GET YER ROOF OFF!! and , to which HE replied.......
"but I'm going on the motorway!!" errr yeah so!!!
May I just point out he was young (er than me) very short hair so motorway buffeting would so mess it up!!!!!
