Numpty a$$ number plate question

I use screws, because I'm like that. Also, tape doesn't work well on curved/angled number plate plinths.
If you do use tape, be sure to clean both surfaces thoroughly with meths or industrial spirit. (Like what many dealers cannot be arsed to do!)
There is nothing more numpty than a no. plate 1/2 hanging off!

Thanks for the advice guys the plates are now on and Nick for the cleaning advice, the fixing pads from Hellfords came with an impregnanted moist towelette (so rare I get to type that these days) and they are on a treat.
I won't post pics cos Dreamer hasn't seen them yet so it's a bit unfair really if the boards get to see 'em first.
