Default Nurburgring / Suzuka blue - alloys

I have an 02 nurburgring blue S2000 and just trying to decide which alloys to change to.
Currently have the oem 16's on but am currently looking at either:

APV1's (the oem wheels off the AP2 cars)
Rota grid drifts (cant decide which colour would suit nurburgring blue the best)
OZ's - maybe suppaleggera (because I could probably get a good deal on them)

Any photos of your nurburgring blue's with different alloys on would be great!

Cheers!

You're probably best checking the gallery section - thousands of pics and options there.

Blue thread, for example: https://www.s2ki.com/...ues-unite-here/

There are also 4 different kinds of wheels fitted to MY04 onwards cars, so you might want to check which you prefer.

The facelift V1 alloys in white on a Nurby blue is a combo that would make me buy a Nurby. They look lovely like that.

That's what I have on mine. When I initially bought the wheels, I thought I'd get them refurbished back to silver, but once I fitted them they looked so good against the blue I decided to keep them that way. No photo, I'm afraid but this one looks like mine.

Wow the car in that link looks very nice.

Tbh I want to go oem regardless of colour or price etc. I just think they look so much better.

Those are Apv1's on that link. They are my favourites out of all the oems.

Just about to buy 4 new tyres so will push the overall price up, but best to bite the bullet now whilst all 4 tyres need changing.

I recently had the same dilemma between AP2 V1's and Rota Grid's in white.

I ended up opting for the V1's due to finding a set in excellent condition for a very good price. I personally think they give a cleaner look to the car as well, however given the situation where I couldn't find a decent set, I'd go for something along the lines of the above

I'm in the same boat as you. When the time comes, I'm going for Rota Grids in bronze - unsure on 16" or 17", I need to read up on that side of things first. I like the Gric-V but not so much on an S.
