I provided my own Mobil 1 for my first service. You should have no probs. doing this.

Still drinking even after the first service (7500miles), but only noticeable when I VTEC a lot.

4,000 miles and mine stopped drinking oil almost overnight.

8500 miles and used about half a litre. Now switched to Mobil 1 and have had no need to top up. My car is only used on dry days and VTEC is used quite often.
