Oil leak...

Thanks for your help. The car doesn't seem to be losing any more oil, I took it out for a drive this evening and it feels fine, but it's idling 1-200rpm lower than it did before, and is doing the dipping idle/nearly stalling thing when the clutch is in or coming to a stop. The engine is also sounding different... in a bad way. Hopefully I'm just being paranoid and stupid again, but would appreciate if some of you could listen to this and give me your thoughts.
