Default Ok Lamda again

I have an 02, put apost on a while ago, they changed the sensor at the front of the cat, genuine Honda part, then found that doing yet another diagnostic test it was then showing the rear one, managed to change it around because they assured me it was the same part. Changed it around and still the engine management light comes on! They told me that the old Lamda was fu..d and showwed me it, the bit on the end had had it, would you call it a nipple. They reckon that somehow the cat has been moving around so much that it broke the end off! They are not Jap specialists but seem to know what they are talking about. \they then reckon that a wire could of come loose or will be ECU rellated, shorting the ECU
The car runs perfect but just don't want the light on anymore.
Any help please and if need be i will try to give more details

this happens - cat's core brakes loose and ruins the sensor.
