I have one but not sure as toany benefits?

My car has a welded in roll cage so any benifits will prob be negligable.

the Ebay ones look to be steel though, mine is aluminium and weighs next to nothing..

Demn thieves do the alloy one and it's only and extra

with foz01 no benefit on his S as the whole thing is welded in to one solid chunk!

Did notice they have the "adjustment" in the center that seemed a good idea!

Being steel they are going to be heavy, as foz01 points out the Al and CF ones weigh next to nothing!

Try a seach on a the US forums for OMP & strut!
