Default Ordered new Audio kit + heated rear screen wiring

Heya all,

Ordered my new audio stuff... (doorcards with tweeter points, alpine stereo + speakers, sound deadening, connector cables and an ipod) and im buying the wiring for the heated rear screen off another forum member.

I looked to see if I could buy a haynes manual, but one doesnt exist... any idea where I can get guides to take apart the doors, transmission tunnel to route wiring etc etc?

An update!

Headunitfitted, and all working, bar the aerial doesnt plug in! Went to put the speakers in and they dont sit in the doors properly... the older speakers appeared to have some random bracket on them, did I need to take this off !?!

So now my questions

1 - where can I get a honda s2k aerial -> alpine headunit adapter
2 - I was under the impression the 6.5" components would just drop in, what am I missing to be able to do this?
