Everything should be ok when it dries out

It's possible that the fuse has blown as well, by trying to operate the window when the electrics were wet. It should reside in the fuse box beneath the dash, driver's side.

It would be worth checking the ECU area is dry, and putting the aircon on for a few drives to help the cabin dry out.

If the carpet is sopping wet, you an remove some gromits under the carpet to aid draining

If it goes again it can be the actuator and it's a common problem.

There was a guide posted recently for replacement which i saw over on the American side of the forum.
