You need to get it read again and see if it will erase, then clean out the throttle body and idle control valve,
check your vac pipes plus throttle cable to start, then go from there, am sure it's all in the FAQ or somewhere

Thanks mate. I will do that. But if the cell light is stating that there is a problem surly all I need to do is change the sensor and the problem should go away....?

The way I read your post is that you had the light on with the decat, had it plugged on and came up with o2 sensor,, you then put your cat back on but have not had it read since,,if that is the case you need to plug on again and see if the code will erase, it will not just go out on it's own, if it comes up with 02 sensor and will not erase then repost the code, it doesn't always mean it is a faulty sensor as said before it could be air leak or exhaust leak

Sorry...had an uber busy duty yesterday...damned contractors!

I live at the very top end of Gosport if you want to bring it over this evening or tomorrow during the day. I don't have a code reader, but can have a shifty for you and recommend a couple of places that can help with the codes for a very small/no charge.

PM or email me :-)

P0108 is the MAP sensor. Duff sensor or air leak maybe.

P0170 is a fuel trim issue, so again may be an air leak or related to the duff MAP. This error is when the ecu can't add any more fuel (or thinks it can't)

P0141 is the primary lambda. It could be shot, causing the above 2 but would be odd to trigger a MAP fault.

P0171 is the primary lambda being lean. Again, air leak, duff lambda or the MAP sensor.

With all the above you really need to get it to a specialist. It's either a sensor or you have some sort of grounding issue which is screwing the ECU up.

In your shoes, I'd be really checking the intake and exhaust for any leaks. After that I'd try a new map sensor. Maybe borrow someone locals to test it.

If not then I'd be looking at replacing the primary lambda.

But check very carefully for any air leaks on the vacuum side or on the exhaust and around the sensor.
