Default Pulled Again

You may remember this post from a little while back

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...ic=459386&st=0

Well I got pulled by the same guy today in the same M&S car park at The Mall in Bristol.

The main entrance to The Mall has a great little right hand bend, second gear, 2 lanes. When there is no traffic it is a great corner to have a little fun, as I did today.

I don't know where they were but a few minutes of looking for a good space I noticed a police car and was not surprised as the driver then boxed me in.

Apparently I was to be done for dangerous driving.

I had made a point about the fact that I was not breaking any speed limits and was is more control than many other drivers negotiating the same corner. The response was that the screeching tyres and rear end slide suggested otherwise.

Now I know this was not the best time to play with the car on the road - so no lectures please - but I really did not fancy a dangerous driving conviction. I knew they had no chance of actually doing this but was working out a strategy to get out of the situation point free when some scum bag did me a favour.

They had been called to some kind of incident and left in a blink after making a comment about the previous encounter and that I still needed to change my plate.

So for a moment or two today... I was happy the country is full of thieving scum bags!

There now follows the painful six month wait whilst you see if they prosecute you.

Is this by any chance part of the Mall property?
If so, its civil so tell them to stick it.

I thought so. They advised differently.

I suspect they were bullshitting.

The problem you now face is you are young (relatively), have a nice car and they have pulled you twice. You've now become their local whipping boy and they will be looking out for you any time you are out of line. You might even need to get a properly spaced plate now. These f**kers hold vendettas, are petty and love nothing more than dragging a pretty boy like you over the coals because dealing with real criminals carries with it a risk of being punched, spat at, stabbed or butted none of which you are likely to do. Might need to keep your nose clean for a while.

he's probably a Rovers fan and lurks on here

they talk about being overstretched and it appears to be entirely your fault. could you just be a bit more aware of your surroundings when you're powersliding and shouting abuse please..
