Default Puncture repair kit.....

Am looking at the "Holts Tyreweid Puncture repair Kit" from Argos and was wondering if they are any good because I was thinking of taking the spare wheel and kit out to save some weight!! thanks

lots of people do this, I carry a couple of cans of tyre weld in the boot because from time to time I remove the spare wheel.

I think you will save about 11kg of weight including tools, which is quite abit

Are you planning on racing the S? If not then why do you want to save weight? I think the weight of the spare wheel and tools will make an insignificant impact on fuel economy.

and as others have said on here if you did need to use your space saver where would you put the punctured tyre anyway if you had a boot full of stuff?

where the tooks use to be put into, well I know it wont make a big impact on the performance, just phycological you feel better about your car because theweight has been reduced! and I guess its weight you dont need
