Quick advice needed please
that looks very good its got the later centre concel too - just make sure the service history looks good and check it witht he hard top on / off you need to see the roof ! it will have a plastic rear screen so check that is not cracked or damaged, also check for signes of wear. When you drive it check it does not make any nasty or weird noises - also check the oil level ! im amazed when i went to look how few of them were correct.. you tend to find most of them are owned by people who know abuot them and are looked after but not everyone sticks the correct tyres on ( ive just moved to good year f1's ) price is not bad since its got all the later bits on - and the hardtop !
www.usedcarchecks.co.uk is the cheapest way of doing it.
Get the seller to book it into the garage before you travel.
I've used them twice and it's worked out very well - bought one car, found out lots about another and didn't buy

Nothing obvious, although I am curious as to why the hard top has been painted, could it have been done at the same time as some other work?
It could be that the current owner loves the car and has spent time and effort on it, or it could be a sign of the car being tarted up.
Ask about the service history and if there has been any accident damage to the car, also ask the owner if they did the "upgrades" or was it like that when they acquired it. This should give you some clues as to the honesty of the car.

You won't really be able to tell until you've seen the car. I remember looking at plenty that looked great in the adverts (these where ones on Autotrader not from this forum as I didn't know about it this forum back then) but once up close they didn't cut the mustard.
Basically get it checked out if unsure.

You don't need to be a member of the AA to do a vehicle inspection, the service is excellent and you will get a free AA Car Data Check to see if the vehicle is stolen, write off, outstanding finance, mileage check etc.
