Default Quick question, plug on the gearbox

Just a very quick question, just because I'm curious. On the gearbox you've got the drain plug and the fill plug.

But also, there's a shiney, fairly large plug that looks like it takes a reasonably sized hexaganol key to turn it. What is this, a hole for inspection? Or does it allow you to get to the magnet in the box?

If you mean on the bellhousing, the wider front part of the gearbox, it is an inspection hole.
To look at the clutch assy.

Magnet?
