Had my screen replaced a couple of weeks ago and my rear view mirror vibrates a little, i.e. you can't make out faces or number plates.

Don't actually know if this happens as a matter of courtse or not. If so, any fixes?

My rear view mirror had exactly the same problem....a smallish phillips head screwdriver fixed it..if you look at the stem that attaches it to the screen you can see a screw hole....a couple of twists...fixed!

It's for weight saving, the newer cars are soooo much slower.

I thought that the thick corrugated plastic windows on the original cars would have been heavier than 2002 glass. Oh well.
