Knock sensor - right near the starter motor IIRC.

 

i did at professional tuning workshop which did it few times.
it took more than 4 hours for people that know what they're doing.
special things to know - engine with a subframe should be lowered, steereng system partially unbolted (don't remember what exactly), starter unbolted (PITA task).
the rest is pretty standard.
