Reverse difficult to select when warm
Replaced the clutch and gearbox oils on weekend, and bled the clutch fluid which came out looking like this:

So deffo needed doing!
Gearbox feels awesome now, however reverse seems to be a 50/50 split, sometimes it goes in like butter and sometimes it needs a bit of force.
Anything else I can try or is it just "one of those things" now that I can't really do much about?

It might be a bent clutch fork. I had problems with 5th on a couple of occasions but it sorts itself out after a while.
Maybe try some "stirring" with the engine off to line things up once more?

If it's only doing it when it's hot that would say something is getting warm and moving out of alignment. That it's only reverse would indicate it being a physical problem with that gear on the shaft. Either that or due to misalignment somewhere, a bit of heat is causing things to move just far enough out of line to be awkward.
Out of interest, when you greased the shifter, did you align everything properly when you bolted it all back together? Did you check that the shifter housing was securely bolted to the body of the car?
When I grease my shifter assembly, I lock it in reverse gear when I put the three bolts back in as it stops it from moving about.
Where's the clutch bite / pedal travel at the moment .... high or low?

I did use the lock in reverse trick when re-greasing the shifter, but I think I may take it apart again and redo it just to be sure to rule it out.
Clutch bite is pretty high
