mole grips or hammer & chizel (as per wobbly)

depends on the closest-to-hand tool and clearance of said bolt

Feel free to drift around a bolt head with a pin-punch.
It's bolted to a nice expensive alloy bonnet.
Im sure you'll never see the warped panel one you planish it all out and repaint.

The latch isn't mounted to the bonnet.

I don't own a drill (or a punch for that matter) so will try to figure something out. Thanks for the help all.

Thumbs up from me for the Irwin bolt removers - one of the best tools I have ever invested in.

I have used most of the methods above and yes they do work, sometimes requiring a lot of time and perseverance however the bolt grips take no time at all even in awkward areas when there is no room for most of the other solutions.
