Driving home yesterday evening (nice dry autumn contitions) I had an especially satisfying experience. I had a clear run into and out off a small, roundabout and decided to go for it - I entered the roundabout in 2nd @ about 4000rpm and exited just over 6000rpm - there is a the road sweeps fairly sharply left on the exit, but I nailed it to the red line, I felt the back end moving, but biting, it was all very satisfying - made all the more so as I drove in this morning there was a 20 yard long arc of black tyre rubber on road
