Be easy for the old bill to work it out as a scam though. Tesco will have ANPR going in and out of the car park so they can charge if you overstay your welcome. Most new stores do and I suspect given that the rugby stadium is there too they will have. Mind you I suspect the police didn't even bother attending let alone actually 'investigating'

Description of the thief is pretty accurate isn't it:
"He was Asian, around 6ft 1ins tall and had a stocky build.
He was aged between 20 and 30 and short black hair with stubble. He was wearing a grey tracksuit and dirty black trainers with red and white trim and he carried a white, cloth bag."

I wouldn't have let them anywhere near the car looking like that in the first place.

Me three.

One has to have a degree of psychology (sic) when dealing with buyers or sellers.

Yeah right, take 3 people in a 2 seater sports car
Or just have someone follow in a faster car throughout.

Someone in a new gen hot hatch should have followed. Something with decent torque through the range. A good diesel should suffice.

An Audi A3 TDi could've overtaken it easily & cut them off.

Sweeney style.

Or simply tailgated them (A4 ideally) until the perpetrator got so scared he gave up.

Seat or Golf I was thinking, saying that, good call on the Audi, same shit different body.

Skoda Labia VRS would be my weapon of choice.

I am saying that anyone in a VAG is a c***. Is that what you mean?
