Just read the above link - been done to death.

Heat soak on the MAP or throttle cable are top bets.

Have to say I have never ever had this problem either.

A quick blip of the throttle before pulling releasing the clutch should help.

I got rid of kangarooing when I installed the snorkle. And I live in Cyprus, with much higher temps. Maybe you should have looked for the problem elsewhere, but I guess it's too late now

It must be really annoying I am sure...

Mine has never done it at all. I have a K and N gen2 now but for noise rather than anything else, fitting it didn't seem to make it better or worse.

I hate things like that and if I felt my car had a design flaw that serious that I couldn't fix it would drive me mad!

as DBM says most people cure it with a CIA or map sensor.
