Yes of course no engine can go on forever, but honda engines on the whole are pretty reliable.

Silvestone AP1 my car owned for 7 years bought with 80k on, supercharged at 135k, sold on with 180k on - still going now (my mate owns it).

They have a 300k mile club on the USA forum.
would fail if incorrectly maintained in its life <does not mean stamps from dealers either>that means jack sh1t..
low oil seems to be not good for these 9k rpm engine,add fast cornering to this and you gonna have issues, as with any engine
