I should imagine you'll have a much longer list when you've owned the Elise as long as the S2k.

Did you see Evo this month?

I'm on my fourth S and each time l looked at alternatives for a change. Nothing cut it against the S.

All four of mine have been reliable.

I wanted something with a bit more power so I bought a super charger

Mine keeps having to go into the dealer every year for a new oil filter or something. Costs over

Having said that I think build quality dropped (whether its come back again I don't know) - certainly Kelk's MY00 model creaked and rattled and broke a lot less than my 55 plate!
Perhaps related to Honda moving production facilities I wonder ?

That's why I asked Jo if her's is a Suzaka car? They moved before the NSX was phased out.

I have a vague recollection that it's one of the letters in the VIN. Can't remember which character but the cars produced at Tochigi, before they swapped plants, had a T in it.

Someone has posted a way of interpreting VINs in the past. I'll see whether I can find it.

It's true of any marque.
Bang on.
Coming to the end of 10 years 40k miles of MX-5 ownership with the one car, and in that time just one stuck calliper.
You would think from the club Forum that they all have bubbling alloys, uncomfortable seats, juddering clutches etc etc. Yet it compares well, albeit as a budget option, with the S2000.
