Same offset wheels
I wanted some info on same offset wheels. My mate is selling some wheels which are 17'' width for the front is 7 and rear is 8 and offset is +35. what tyre sizes will I be able to use on them and what are the pros and cons of same offset wheels on s2k.
Thanks
Thanks
The widths are ok but that offset is a bit extreme, check some pics on my build thread, they are 9.5 with aer38 offset. It just so happens I have a set of 18 in buddy clubs that would look great on your car.....is anybody fed up with hearing about my b/cs yet?
willtheyfit.com is a great website to check out
i have currently fitted a set of 17 x 8 et 34 on the front with a 2.5mm spacer so you might need a spacer to get flush,
and 17 x9 et36 on the rear and they poke a bit so x8 should be fine for you,
my old wheels where 18 x 8 et45 and they fitted fine with a 3mm spacer, handled fine with same offset all around plus as the wheels are different widths then the fitment will be different front to back having the same offset is no issue,
