Shock,Horror
Decided to take the car out this afternoon after being called anal by Carrie after 2 days of polishing and waxing the damn thing
and went off down some B roads in between Guildford and Bognor
Didn't encounter any other traffic for the first half hour when we come up behind a Range Rover ,the guys pootling at 20mph and I think I fun is over for at least 10 miles until there will be space to get past him
.So what does the guy do ??? I nearly fainted left indicator on pulls over as tight as he can and waves us on
Just thought Id post about this because it goes to show not all over drivers are twats and some where out there is a guy whos happy to let a faster driver overtake even if it means he has to slow for a moment
Mr Range Rover driver I salute you fella

Sounds good!
More of those please, and less of the type of pricks like the one who sped up today when I went to overtake him. His 2.8 audi a4 was no match for the power of VTEC tho. And when he began to "give chase" I just wellied it even more.

Hopefully it was a permanent effect.
Encountered lots of twats on the road myself this weekend. Middle aged lady in anonymous people carrier glued to the right hand lane of the M20 when the middle lane was empty, forced me to pass on the inside and the young lady in a Clio doing the same required a large dose of HIDs to be persuaded to move left
Two lads in a Clio were swerving all over the road, god knows why, when I passed them the interior light was on, this was on a dark motorway at 80+mph - some people really do ask for trouble. Middle aged woman in a Cinquecento or some other non-descript mini-car almost sideswiped me as she was in the wrong lane at some lights.
On the plus side a people carrier gave me a traffic light GP in Bromley, that was amusing

Where do I start!
The UK roads will seem so civilised when we get back.
I also had a people carrier full of a Japanese family reving at the lights the other day and then screeched off, I kept up (easily) until the next set of lights that were red and stopped along side to see them all giving me the thumbs up and pointing at the car.
I obliged and VTECed the buggery out of her (I like the sound of that
) as I hoofed of down the road and they loved it!
It's the whole reason I love cars. I hate numpties that buy great cars and dawdle about, can't drive them and think they are cute.
