Squeaky clutch pedal

Squeaky clutch pedal
Excuse what might be an obvious question but my clutch pedal has developed a squeak throughout its motion. It started about a year ago but then went away, but is now back, Gets a bit 'sticky' half way through. Its not effecting the bite, more annoying for me as I can feel it and here it when parking. I'm sure all I need is a little lube with some grease, but Ive had a quick look and the fork (which is what I presume I'm looking for) is not easily and quickly accessible.
Any pointers?

It may be the clutch cylinder under the drivers side of the car on the gearbox.. My old S developed a squeaky clutch pedal and i greased up everything i could see to try and rememdy it but it didnt stop.
Open the drivers door and stick your head down to the floor and depress the clutch pedal. If you can hear it from the outside it may be that.
Im not sure how you would grease up the clutch cylinder if that is the problem as i didnt bother and sold the car for a newer model.
Hope that helps.

Will get the car over my Old Man's pit in a fortnight and see if I can have a go. Any comments on this welcome.
