Default squeaky windows

I've recently been experiencing quite a bit of window squeak, particularly so on the drivers side on the way up. Also, I don't know if it's connected but the rubber on the door on the inside lower rear corner has completely perished. The car's not leaking so i don't know whether it's a valid warranty claim unless it leaks. I could do with getting this seal replaced before my warranty runs out in about two months if poss.

Anybody else had similar experience?

Cheers

Chris

The seals fecked....it shouldn't be.....I would say a warranty claim.

I'd put some silicon lube on the window edges and run it up and down a few times. Might cure it.

had same thing, used castrol silicone lube spray, remember to wipe off the excess and it hasn't come back since, that was over 6 months ago.
