Default Starting Issue

I've had the H&P control board and fob reprogrammed as that was the initial problem and replaced the under dash fuse I managed to blow.

I've tried jumping the car and it seems the battery is fine.

I can hear something engaging when I push the start button, but nothing, all the dash lights come on like normal and I get the green key.

Any ideas what else it could be? Help would be much appreciated.

Doubtful, checked all fuses and relays associated with ignition etc?

Does the fuel pump spin up?

If its not turning over the starter solenoid might not be working or its not getting power (immob?)

How do you know battery is ok?

Is the noise a series of clicks? If so, then it's the battery.

I believe the battery is okay as all the internal/external lights and radio work.

There's no clicks, just a whirring sound.
