Exactly, i've looked at 2 x99 and 1 x 02 and a 04 and never seen them before!! WTF?

Honda ran out of bolts?



Edit - from memory they are nuts, and studs run up through the ECU mountings?

As daft as that sounds Hmmmm, its a bit strange though, unless if the car's been looked at in the uk they dont replace the tamper bolts!!

Knocking the socket on does not work on later ones.
Not enough space between the head and the protective tabs on the ECU. This also stops the pin type sockets as well
Looks like I'll get the dealer to loosen them at the next service.

Mikey, the pin type socket worked fine on my 03 (same year as Rizla's), but I've not tryed my 07 yet....
