Default Suspension Geometry Settings

I'm getting my car's suspension geo redone tomorrow and I've looked for the suspension settings in the FAQ. Unfortunately the usual photo is not displayed (site upgrade issues??) and the pdf version is no use as the picture is too small.

Please could someone post up the original settings. I recall that CoG dial out some of the caster which I may do, but the official settings would be helpful as a starting point.

Thanks.

From my old CG printouts, target figure in square brackets and acceptable range either side.
Front
Castor: -0°45' [+6°00' ] +0°45'
Camber: -0°30' [-0°30' ] +0°30'
Toe: -0°08' [+0°00' ] +0°08'

Rear
Camber: -0°30' [-1°30' ] +0°30'
Toe: +0°00' [+0°25' ] +0°08'

Thanks Simon. I'm going to try and find my old CoG print out tonight too. I will reduce the castor and have minimal toe.
