Default Tax

Hi everyone. I'm trying to find a rev 4 s2000 but with the low tax bracket. I know the date tax changed is in 06. But when? Are low tax rev 4's available?
I think I'm right in saying rev 4 has the solid head rest and black cup holder cover etc etc. I guess rev 4 have the dbw too?

Registered pre 23 March 2006 is lower tax bracket. All on the car tax website http://www.direct.go...cle/DG_10012524

Model differences are in the FAQ here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/301...st__p__5798524

What does rev3 or rev4 mean?

Which model years are you referring to?

Revision. Rev 3 had the head rests with the mesh and hole. Rev 4 changed to a solid head rest among other things.

I recommend avoiding flying on Airbus aeroplanes then.... try a DC3 instead...

But seriously....I've had cable throttle MY02 and DBW MY06 and MY08 - the later models have none of the poor low speed throttling I experienced in the MY02. DBW the only reason? - don't know - but I've found no disadvantages.

It's all in the FAQ link I posted above, please have a read of that.

Generally we refer to the cars by model year (noted as MYXX) here, so MY99+, MY02+, MY04+, MY06+ or MY08+. You'll get better answers if you do the same
