This is an excellent idea.
Here in the states we sue for anything. The burnt coffee crotch is already taken. A couple of fat chicks sued McDonalds because the McDonald trough made them fat.

I have just done 600+ miles of top down vtec action across the back roads of France coming up from Switzerland and i am now as good as deaf 
But it was absolutely marvelous
On the way down there i was thinking about some ear plugs , as i wear on the bike ,folks , dont underestimate the dangers of tinitus .
