108 I believe is factory rec. but I do mine to around 114/120.... They seemed quite loose at 108 for my liking :-)

Careful not to mix lbft and Nm! 108 is a Nm value.

Yes you can over tighten I've snapped one before now. I'd go to the recommended 80lb/ft about 110 in nm.
