See. told you it must have been Gerard the cat

Bet you stay up all night tonight waiting for them.... Be careful! Hope they didn't nick the hardstop stand etc by the way!
didnt nick the hardtop stand etc - but they clearly lifted the hardtop cover up to see what was underneath!

Oh - and I didnt mention - the car was in the garage... with the roof down too!

but at least I dont have to do any DIY or gardening this weekend - they nicked all my tools and the lawnmower (which was a Honda btw!)

I think that Gerard the cat wont be coming near my garage again! - he just set off the newly installed PIR alarm siren! - and legged it very quickly!

Must have been the polished shine coming off the S that put them off then! Probably scared the crap out of them when they saw their own reflections....

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a reccy mission for the S, and they just took the opportunity to break into the other 2 whilst they were there. Also they may have intended to steal the S there and then, but if the other 2 cars were blocking it in, then that's why they never bothered touching it.

Let's face it, there's nothing to steal in an S, bar maybe the seats and the engine. None of which are particularly easy o carry. My guess is they've seen you park the S in the driveway and intended to nick it last night.

very odd, but i guess they must not know what security the S had so didnt dare touch it in fear of setting it off, or got scared away before they could get at it. saxos are very easy to break into i was told, wife had one and that was got into.
Saxos ARE easy to get into. I've had a VTR and VTS before the S2000 and I had a total of 4 thefts from these cars. Each time a screwdriver down the side of the lock barrell.
