I felt I should resurrect this thread, as my issues with VTEC Direct are ongoing and escalating. After waiting over 2 months for my parts, a parcel has finally arrived, and instead of a J's Racing S2000 Intake, the box contained a Mugen air box for what looks like a Civic or Jazz.

I can't believe that I am the only one to have issues like this with them, but they just seem totally incompetent to me, and I am at my wits end with them!

I can only say that if anyone has not dealt with them, and is tempted to - steer well clear!

 

I am not going to go into details here, but I agree with your sentiment, hope you get it sorted ... what I will say to you is be pushy, get what you want or your money back.
