Default What are these for?

Hi all
Any idea where these came from?

I spotted the circular clip cover yesterday and then found the bolt on lunch today (assuming they are linked) Both were found in the passenger footwell so I've had a look under the dash and seat but nothing obvious.
Any ideas? Ta

open the door, look at the side of the dashboard where the door closes onto, the plastic part goes in there. One would assume the locator screw is for there too.

Yeah, but you don't buck and kick anymore when you're being ridden.
