Wheel advice
Im going to be getting some coilovers very soon ( tein monoflex or KW variant 3 , not decided yet ). However at the moment i have 18" wheels fitted and i assume these will cause problems when the car is lowered .
The sizes are 18x8 +42 front
18x9.5 +45 rear

Ive been looking on here for a definitive answer on what size to go for but of course there are alot of opinions, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Like i said im getting a set of coilovers and probably arb's . Its my daily commute and will be doing a couple of track days. I may do a big brake upgrade in the future aswell.
Like i said any advice is appreciated

Dan, if your car is going on track I would definately ditch the 18s for some correct sized 17s, and unless you are going for biiiig bhp and semi slicks, i'd give the BBK a miss too.
Your front 42 offset is going to be very agressive on an 18" wheel.
9.5" is also pretty massive at the back.
I think standard 17s will perform better.

Thanks MB
What sizes would you recommend ? i leaning towards Rota Torque's which i believe are available for the S , but i am unsure as to the exact size to get ( width and offset )

Smart man, avoiding the arch roll. Stick with the stock 17" size and you will have the most flexibility when setting your ride height. As MB said, unless you are starting to look at stooopid bhp and lots of track time you will not need the bbk. If it's a daily commuter and you value your spine I wouldn't look at dropping too low and wouldn't have arbs that are too stiff as well. I would look at doing one mod at a time and see how it goes (with the obvious exception of possibly changing your wheels and coil-overs at the same time) so you can tune the set-up to how you drive and have the car do what you want it to. A proper geo set-up is critical as well. People seem to forget that the stock car is quite well sorted.
