Front engine, set back as far as possible and slightly tilted to the side by Honda to ensure 50/50 weight dist.

A Dumper truck!

BTW, the Peugeot 204/304 and Mercedes-Benz A Class are front mid-engined too! Fortunately, they lack the 50:50 weight distribution truly to qualify!

It's front mid with the engine tilted over to get a low bonnet line.

It's interesting that this is the prefered layout for ice racers, where the regs say they can do what they like (4 wheel steering that sort of thing) as it gives the best balance whilst sideways!!!

It's that bloody great lump of metal under that big cover at the front. Therefore it is front engined. (Or so I was told by the dealer)

Not nearly as stupid as you for:

(a) resurrecting a thread which was long dead; and

(b) completely missing the (very clear) distinction which people were drawing between a true mid-engined car (like the MR2) and a front mid-engined car (like the S2000), the latter of which has the engine in front of the driver but behind the front axle.

Might I respectfully suggest that in future you read what is posted before weighing in and offering us the dubious privilege of your "wisdom"?
