ask your nearest bodyshop as thats how new bumpers are deliverd

My genuine Honda one came in bubble wrap delivered - although the OEM one is quite squishy!

I've Always cocooned mine in bubble wrap, plastic and tape. Stripped lots of cars and sent parts all over the world and haven't had anything damaged yet.
