Best thing to do is bid the item right up using a spoof account, leaving him with a mega Ebay bill to pay. He will get it back, but not until a week or two after the auction
And do it as a snipe so he doesn't have time to cancel the bid.

I won a bid on ebay for an S2000 gearknob on Tuesday evening. I payed using paypal and have not heard or recieved any mails or the item since (even after mailing him/her repeatedly).
I'm hoping he/she has just been away for the week, but even so, he she should've dropped me a mail to mention it. If I DO receive the item next week i'll give a turd feedback result. Worst case scenario i've lost about
