Is the exhaust as it left the factory or has it been modified? IIRC you were 'tweaking' it.

Can it be seen/heard on the car?

It is the way it left the factory except for a small plate of reinforcing titanium around the driveshaft area. I also have had the support bracket welds reinforced with more titanium welding.

Thats where the plate is positioned, its about 2"x1"

Static test is actually 99db at 5.5krpm but on mine i think the drive by noise is very loud (dunno how much the extra 170bhp is contributing to the noise levels). I had Dixon make me a 3rd silencer in place of the decat pipe and that took the edge of it alot.


Its not infact. Its my friend Matty who works in Smoggy ville, he is into welding kinky stuff like this when not making his own turbo stuff for his RS's
