Default FS:Mugen exhaust

Due to the me changing my exhaust for an invidia (I wanted a bit more noise) my mugen one is now up for sale. I don't know how old it is as it was on the car but it is in good condition. I am looking for around

Are you sure that is a mugen exhaust? Maybe the photo is misrepresenting the colour. The back looks wrong and I don't recall rivets. That is not a Mugen exhaust in a million years, unless the mugen has gone seriously downhill since their recent change in ownership.

A mugen exhaust is a work of art and this does not appear, from the photos, to look that way. It looks like a Powerflow.

David,

I think that you will find that this *is* a Mugen exhaust.

Either that or Turtle has been telling us porkies all these years

More photos needed then. It looks nothing like the real Mcoy on screen.

David, I wonder if the difference in appearance is because the 99-03 Mugen exhaust is different to the 04 version which you (presumably) had fitted to the SC Vomit Comet ™......?

Either way, I'd echo what Marc and Steven have said - this exhaust has come off Brian Marshall's car (registration: MU** GEN - draw your own conclusions! ) and I'm not sure there is anyone on this board whose word I'd be more prepared to unquestioningly take at face value than him.

Maybe it is an old one. It does not look close to the ones I have been dealing with.

I don't want to upset the applecart, it is just how it looks.

Hopefully I have not said that it is not a mugen, just that it does not look like one I have seen. I still stand by that view.

Note also a correction. It may be an old one, not a new one.

There is a discrepancy in my words, I accept. I accept that is not a Powerflow. Sorry. It is not a recent mugen exhaust either, is it?
